Just realized my Colorado LLC renewal went sideways because of one dumb email mistake
I filed my LLC annual report with the state back in March and thought I was fine, but I missed the confirmation email because it landed in my spam folder and I never checked. Got hit with a $50 late fee and almost lost my good standing over something that took 5 minutes to fix. How many of you are actually checking your spam after filing with the Secretary of State's office?

Wait, they actually send the confirmation to email and not just tell you it's done? That part blows my mind. A $50 fee for a spam folder is rough.
