TIL my brother was right about grinding beans right before brewing
He told me to stop using pre-ground for my morning cup, so I got a $40 grinder and the flavor difference after a week was huge, anyone have a budget burr grinder they like?

Look at this, ray816. You can't grind coffee at night and expect it to be fresh in the morning. That's just how stale beans work.
