Pro tip: I finally cracked the perfect pour-over ratio after 3 years of guessing

I was sick of inconsistent cups, so I tried weighing my beans instead of eyeballing it. Sticking to 60 grams per liter of water (like that SCAA guide suggests) got me a clean brew every time since last month. Has anyone else found a simple fix that made a huge difference?

What temperature are you brewing at though? I found that ratio thing made a huge difference for me too, but only after I started paying attention to water temp. Seems like most folks focus on grams and liters but forget that if your water is too hot or too cold it messes everything up anyway. Just my two cents, but I'd try dialing in the temp around 200F before messing with the ratio too much more.
