Just realized free tutorials aren't always the best way to learn
I spent 3 months following random YouTube videos and got nowhere with JavaScript. Then I paid $15 for a structured course on Udemy and actually built my first real project in 2 weeks. I was so against spending money on learning, but the organized path made all the difference. Has anyone else found that paying for a course saved them time in the long run?

Honestly though, most paid courses still waste your time with filler content too.

Doesn't it feel like everything has filler now, from streaming shows dragging out episodes to recipes with ten paragraphs of life story before the ingredients? It's like nobody trusts that we just want the actual content without the fluff.
