That self-checkout price check feature is a trap
I spent 15 minutes scanning the same bag of chips over and over because it kept flagging me for item verification and nobody came to help. Has anyone else just given up and left their stuff at the register?

The Kroger by my house has two self-checkout lanes that are basically broken and it makes me wonder if they do it on purpose. I mean, these machines are supposed to save time but they just shift the work to us while the store saves on payroll. Maybe it's just me but the whole system feels designed to make you quit and leave your stuff behind.
