Shoutout to the cashier who remembered my usual order after 3 months away
Was in line at the grocery store yesterday and the cashier at register 4 said 'welcome back, same crackers as always?' which honestly made my whole day better, has anyone else had a random small interaction like that cheer you up out of nowhere?

Does the cashier at my local 7-Eleven count? lol One time I hadn't been there in like 4 months and she just handed me my usual Red Bull and said 'long time no see' without me saying a word. Little stuff like that hits different.

That's the kind of thing that sticks with you way longer than any fancy customer service script. It's like she sees you as a person, not just another transaction. Four months later and she remembered your usual drink, that's wild. Honestly makes you feel a little less invisible, which is rare these days. And it's funny how those small moments of being recognized can be more meaningful than a lot of the other stuff going on.
