Just realized my old knee kicker was costing me 20 minutes a job compared to a power stretcher

Switched to a Roberts 10-550 last month and the tension is just so much more consistent. Anyone else make the jump and find it saved more time than they thought?

That's a good point about the knee kicker in a big room. Honestly, the real time save isn't just the stretching action itself. It's not having to go back and re-stretch areas that relaxed after you kicked them. A power stretcher holds that tension while you fasten it down. So those 20 minutes you save might be from avoiding little fixes at the end. The consistency is what gets you done faster.

Ever try a knee kicker on a big, open room?

Last job I did, a 400 square foot living room. Tbh gavink95, using just a knee kicker there was brutal on my legs. You spend so much time crawling and re-hitting spots that go slack. A power stretcher for a space that big just saves your body and your time.
