Left my last job 4 months ago where my boss messaged me at 9pm asking why my status said away for 12 minutes. New gig pays $2 less an hour but I haven't thought about my status once and my sleep went from 5 hours to a solid 7.5. Did anyone else trade money for sanity, and did it end up costing you more later?
