Appreciation post: This simple email habit changed how my team works

I got so tired of long email chains that no one could follow! Now, I start every project email with a quick summary of what we need to decide. It stops confusion and helps us move forward faster. Everyone on my team has started doing it too!

god, yes, this is such a lifesaver. My old team's emails were a total nightmare to untangle, lol. I'm definitely stealing this idea for my new group because the confusion just wastes so much time. It's one of those simple changes that just makes everything way smoother.

Totally get that email mess, I've been there too. One thing that helped us was making everyone use clear subject lines with project names up front. Cuts down on the guessing games big time.

What's the biggest project where this summary trick actually saved you from a total mess?
