Man, I had the same thing happen last year. Was using those budget connectors and spent more time fixing leaks than installing. Now I just bite the bullet and get the reliable ones, even if it hurts upfront.

Ugh, cole_lee, you are so right. I learned that lesson the hard way too. I tried to save a few bucks on some fittings for a drip line and ended up with a slow leak that ruined a section of drywall in my basement. The hassle and the cleanup cost way more than just buying the good stuff first. Never making that mistake again.
