The rise in bone broth requests has me saving all my trimmings now.
I never thought I'd see the day when folks specifically ask for bones to make their own broth at home.

Yeah I've seen bones sold by themselves now.

Wait they're actually selling just the bones by themselves now. That's so wild to me, like walking into a store and picking out a package of bare bones like it's a normal thing. My grandma would have lost her mind, she just got them for free from the butcher.
