My habit tracker went from guilt trap to useful after I cut it in half
I started bullet journaling in March with a 12 habit tracker and by May I was just filling in boxes to avoid seeing blanks. This week I finally trimmed it to 5 habits, just the ones I actually do on bad days like drinking water and texting my mom back. The difference is I mark the box only when I do the thing for real, no more half points or excuses. It took 3 months to admit that a tracker with 12 rows was never going to stick. Has anyone else had to shrink their tracker to make it work, or is everyone else really doing 10 habits daily?

Counting five habits still feels like lying to yourself when you've skipped a week.
