My coworker's one question made me flip my whole weekly spread

Last Tuesday, my teammate Jenna glanced at my weekly layout and asked why I was planning my energy around tasks instead of the other way around. I spent 3 months logging every hour and color-coding by project, but I never once thought to schedule actual rest blocks. She pointed out that my Tuesday afternoon crash was staring at me in the tracker, plain as day. So I redid this week's spread with energy levels first, then tasks that fit into those windows. First real test is tomorrow, and I'm honestly curious if it holds up. Has anyone else tried planning their bujo around energy instead of to-do lists?

Question whether tracking your energy is any more reliable than just taking a nap when you feel tired lol.
