I spilled a full cup of coffee on my weekly spread yesterday
I was at my kitchen table and knocked my mug right onto the open page. I immediately blotted it with a paper towel, then pressed the whole journal under a stack of heavy books overnight. The page is a bit wrinkled but still usable, and the ghosting from the ink bled through to the next page looks kind of cool. Has anyone else salvaged a journal after a major spill?

My old journal from 2018 has a permanent tea stain on the cover. I used to hate it, but now it feels like part of the book's story. King.aaron asking what you spilled it on made me realize I never even remember what kind of tea it was, just the event. Pressing it under books was smart, that really does help with the wrinkles.
