Can we talk about brand loyalty programs that actually work?
I used to think those punch cards and points systems were just a way to track your shopping habits. Then my local coffee shop in Portland gave me a free drink after my 10th purchase, no strings attached. But what really sold me was the auto parts store chain that gave me a $20 credit after I spent $200 over three months for my truck. That felt legit, like they appreciated my business instead of just collecting data. I still skip the grocery store loyalty cards though, those feel like scams for coupons on stuff I never buy. Any brand programs out there that surprised you with how fair they were?

My buddy got a free tire rotation after four oil changes at his shop. Shocked him too.

Wait, is that a thing now? Ive been going to the same place for years and never got so much as a free air refill, let alone a whole rotation. Guess I need to find a shop that actually likes their customers.
