Just realized I've been sewing my headbands wrong for 5 years
Was watching a video from a binder in the UK last night and she showed how she knots the thread before starting the sewing. I always just shoved the needle through the folds and hoped for the best. No wonder my books always had that loose floppy feeling around the spine. Tried her method on a practice book this morning and the difference is night and day. Anyone else have that moment where you find out you've been doing some basic step wrong the whole time?
