Ignored knee pain until a senior boilermaker showed me proper squat form.

No more aches after lifting heavy plates.

Proper alignment definitely helps, but idk, sometimes pain can stick around even after fixing your form. Maybe it's just me, but I've seen people who still have issues because they didn't rest enough or address underlying problems. It's not always about being a little off; sometimes your body just needs time to heal. Learning the right moves is key, but listening to your body is just as important. Pushing through any kind of pain might mean you're missing other signals from your body.

Wince thinking about all the times I pushed through joint pain before someone showed me the right way to move. It's crazy how much damage we do just by being a little off in our form. Learning that proper alignment makes all the difference was a game changer for my back too.

Did you really push through joint pain multiple times before figuring out your form? That's so hard to believe because ignoring pain like that can lead to serious issues! I always thought most people would stop at the first sign of trouble, not keep going. Learning about alignment saved my knees too, but I can't imagine how much extra hurt you put yourself through. It's scary how one small change in how you move can prevent all that damage. Your story really shows why we need to spread the word about proper movement way more often.
