Noticed how a spice shop in Portland packs their grinders for free

Popped into a little shop on Hawthorne last week and watched them fill my pepper grinder from their bulk bins, no charge. Keeps my counter from getting covered in dust and costs me less than buying those pre-ground jars. Anyone else found a store that does this kind of thing?
