Realized I was fast-forwarding through the best parts of bad movies

Last month I watched Miami Connection twice. First time I skipped all the fight scenes to get to the dialogue, thought it was boring. Second time I let it play and the random shirtless karate band members made the whole thing click. Anyone else find they enjoy trash films more when they stop treating them like something to get through?

Did you catch that the whole movie is basically one long music video? I had the same thing with Samurai Cop, once I stopped pausing and just let it ride it became way funnier.
