Warning: don't buy a cheap composite deck - mine had to be ripped out after 2 years

I thought I was being SMART saving money on decking material. Paid $1,800 for budget composite from a big box store and installed it myself. After two summers the boards started warping and fading BADLY. Now I'm paying $4,000 to have it all replaced with a mid-range brand. Has anyone else had a composite deck fail way earlier than expected?
