Spent 3 months on a lead gen tool that broke our CRM
Our sales team in Cleveland kept missing follow-ups because the integration was silently dropping deals, and it took me 12 support tickets to finally get a straight answer from the vendor. Anyone else have a tool vendor that hides known bugs until you push them hard?

Silently dropping deals" sounds like my gym cancelling my membership without me asking. Same playbook everywhere.
