Pro tip: check your sewer line before closing on a house in Decatur

My buddy bought a place last month near Oakhurst and found out day one the main sewer line was collapsed and roots had grown through it. Cost him $4,800 to dig it up and replace it. Has anyone here had a sewer scope inspection save them from a nightmare?
