That Tuesday where the weather, the crew, and the schedule all lined up
My crew finished a 32-square tear-off and re-roof in one day last week, which never happens outside of a miracle. We started at 6am and had the underlayment down by 10, then beat a rain cell that rolled in at 2:30 by about twenty minutes. The homeowner even brought out cold Gatorades at noon, which was a first in my 11 years running jobs. I don't think we had a single nail pop or a wasted bundle of shingles, and the dump trailer was packed perfect. It felt like everything we've done wrong on other jobs finally paid off on this one. Has anyone else had a day where every little thing just clicked and you almost didn't trust it?

Wait till you realize the homeowner probably tipped your crew in cash and forgot to mention it to you.
