Threw $75 away on a meal kit service I barely touched

I signed up for HelloFresh back in September, thinking it would save me trips to the grocery store. After two weeks, three boxes sat in my fridge with half the veggies going bad because the recipes took way too long with three kids running around. The final straw was paying for a box that got delivered while I was at the park and sat out all afternoon. Anyone else fall for those subscription deals and regret it?

My sister tried HelloFresh too and she ended up feeding the expensive basil to her guinea pig... the thing was living better than her for a week. At least the boxes made for some interesting science experiments in the fridge.
