Vent: I just found out how much anime costs to make per minute
Honestly, I was watching a behind the scenes video for a show I like and they mentioned the budget. Ngl, I was shocked to learn a single minute of a decent anime can cost over $100,000 to make. I found this out from a producer interview on a fan site last week. It makes you think about why some shows get cut short or look cheap. Has anyone else stumbled on a crazy anime fact that made you see the whole industry differently?

Right? That number is just crazy to think about, @olivert18. It hits different when you try to picture what that actually buys every sixty seconds. Makes your head spin for sure.
