Watch out for that cheap website hosting service

I paid $15 a month for a local hosting company here in Amarillo for my bakery's online store. Within 3 months, the site kept crashing during peak order times, and I lost over $400 in sales during the holiday rush. Their customer support took 2 days to respond each time. Has anyone else had better luck with a different provider around town?

$15 a month is dirt cheap. You get what you pay for.

Ha, I pay $15 for a streaming service I barely use. So I guess I'm getting what I deserve.
