That Tuesday where three panel sensors failed in one house

Last Tuesday I had a routine install in a new build and three different Honeywell wireless door sensors came dead out of the box. Had to drive 45 minutes back to the shop for spares and the homeowner was watching me the whole time like I was the one messing up. Anyone else have a streak of bad hardware from a specific batch?

Wait, three dead out of the same box? I would have lost my mind. That's not bad luck, that's a whole bad batch from the factory. Honeywell usually makes solid stuff but it sounds like someone on the assembly line was having a real rough Tuesday too. I bet the homeowner was giving you that look like you brought the curses with you.
