Tried air frying frozen samosas on a whim and now I'm ruined for the deep fryer

I was always skeptical of air fryers for anything breaded or wrapped because I figured it would come out dry or chewy. Last Tuesday I threw six frozen vegetable samosas in at 375 for 12 minutes, no oil spray, barely even shook the basket halfway. They came out so crispy that the pastry flaked apart like it was fresh from a Delhi stall. My roommate actually walked in and asked if I had deep fried them because the structure was that solid. Now I'm questioning every other cooking gadget I own because this thing just handles frozen appetizers way better than I expected. Has anyone else had a frozen food surprise that made you ditch the oven entirely?

Did you flip them halfway or leave them alone the whole time? I’ve had air fryers turn potstickers into hockey pucks when I didn’t rotate them right. Just trying to figure out if the samosas need a mid-cook toss or if they’re idiot-proof.
