I finally see why people rave about frozen dumplings in the air fryer

I used to think air frying frozen dumplings was a gimmick. Steamed or pan fried always felt safer. Then I threw a bag of pork and chive ones in at 380 for 10 minutes, flipped halfway. The bottoms got that crispy crunch without any oil splatter mess. Honestly they came out better than my stovetop attempt every time. Whoever figured out this timing deserves a medal. Anyone else found a frozen appetizer that beats the traditional method?

...and here I was thinking I was the last person on earth still doing the soggy microwave method. Tried it last night with some shrimp ones and yeah, the air fryer ruins you for everything else. Now my stove is just sitting there looking stupid, collecting dust, wondering why it even exists anymore. I honestly don't know what took me so long to hop on this train. The only downside is now I'm eating way more dumplings than I should because it's basically zero effort. My waistline is filing a complaint as we speak.
