Debate: is forcing strict prompt formatting losing the soul of what LLMs can do?

I had a friend spend 20 minutes tweaking a prompt for ChatGPT to sound exactly like a 19th century poet, but the raw, unformatted version gave a way more interesting answer. Does being super rigid with AI prompts kill the creative spark, or is it the only way to get reliable results?

You tried it raw and actually liked it better? Funny cause with @sullivan.abby, I gave the plain version a shot once and ended up sticking with it over the fancy options lol.
