A demo at a Seattle meetup sold me on AI coding helpers, now I lean on one most days
Two weeks ago I sat through a live demo at a Seattle dev meetup where a guy had an AI assistant write a whole small app in about 12 minutes. I went in thinking it was just hype, but watching it catch a null bug I would have missed made me set one up for my own weekend project. Anyone else get won over by something like that, or did it wear off after the shine?
Watching that Seattle guy catch a null bug in 12 minutes would've sold me too, and honestly it's still saving me time on my own weekend stuff months later. The shine doesn't wear off when it keeps finding stuff you'd have spent an hour on yourself.
