Spent $80 on blue light glasses and now I'm questioning everything

My eyes have been killing me after staring at screens for 10 hours a day for work. So I bought these fancy blue light blocking glasses from a place downtown for $80. They actually helped with the headaches but now I look like a weirdo in every Zoom meeting because of the yellow tint. Anyone else deal with people asking if you're okay every time you put them on?

Girl the yellow tint is REAL. I tried a cheap pair from Amazon and my coworker asked if I had jaundice. What worked for me was getting a pair with a VERY slight tint instead of the full blocker ones. I found some that are basically clear with just a hint of warmth, they cost like $35 online and nobody says anything. Also I started doing the 20-20-20 thing where you look away from the screen every 20 minutes for 20 seconds, sounds stupid but it actually helped my headaches MORE than the glasses did.

Yeah same here, the yellow ones made me look like a Simpsons character.
