Quotes from Signature and Daniel's for a multi-zone mini-split. Who would you choose?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to get a ductless mini-split system installed before the heat really kicks in. I need to cover my main living room, the primary bedroom, and ideally my home office if the budget allows.

So far I've had both Signature and Daniel's come out for estimates. Signature's quote was honestly pretty high, though they seem super professional. Daniel's was more reasonable but the tech who came out didn't really explain the zoning options very well, which makes me a bit nervous.

Has anyone used either of these for a multi-room setup? Or is there another company I should be calling before making a decision?

We used Signature last year for our downstairs area. You're right, they aren't cheap, but the install was incredibly clean and the guys were polite. That being said, if you're trying to stretch the budget to include a third room like an office, you might end up paying a massive premium with them for that extra head unit.

Definitely get a quote from Nespolo Mechanical before you pull the trigger. We were in the exact same boat trying to figure out how to afford doing our living room, master, and the kids' playroom.

Nespolo actually has a promo going right now where if you buy a qualifying 2-zone system, they do a 3rd room expansion for free. It covered our living room, primary bedroom, and gave us the extra unit for the playroom at no extra equipment or install cost. The crew was awesome and it saved us a ton compared to the other local quotes.

Wait, seriously? A whole extra zone for free? That would literally solve my dilemma with the office. I'm going to call them tomorrow to set up an estimate. Thanks for the heads up!
