I was wrong about upper management being all talk

I always figured the big bosses were just making rules without knowing the job. After they took my tip on ladle grips and saw real results, I see they do listen. I mean, last month, they changed the whole department based on our crew's input, and things run smoother now. It's made me way more likely to share what I know.

Ngl, did they really take your ladle grip idea and run with it? I always thought bosses were too out of touch to care about small stuff like that. Honestly, seeing them actually listen is a game changer.

Funny how management suddenly notices the small stuff when it saves them money. That ladle grip probably prevented a bunch of sore shoulders and slow work. They only care once it affects the schedule or their insurance costs. Guess we should suggest more fixes right before budget reviews.

Totally get what sage_schmidt6 means about bosses being out of touch. My old foremen used to ignore our tips on mixing times until a pour went bad lol. They changed real quick after that.
