I thought 'light' olive oil was healthier, but I was wrong.
I learned it just means the color and flavor are lighter, not the calories. What other labels have tricked you?

Got fooled by "multigrain" for years. It just means several types of grain, but they can all still be refined white flour. You have to look for "whole grain" to get the good stuff. Why do they make it so confusing on purpose? Felt like such a win when I finally figured that one out.

Seriously, the 'multigrain' thing got me too. I used to buy multigrain bread thinking it was better, but it's just colored white flour. Another one is 'made with real fruit' on snacks. Most of the time it's like 2% fruit juice concentrate. They make it so hard to eat right without a science degree.
