Wait, does it really reset everything? From my driving trips, a five-minute stop just calms me down for a bit. Like when I pull over to stretch, my mind clears, but I'm still tired. It's more about dealing with the stress, not making it go away. Those short meditations help me stay calm between orders, but they don't fix everything. It's a tool, not a magic fix.

Actually, those small breaks can stop stress from building up too much.

Honestly though, is stress really that big of a deal? People talk about it like it's some monster under the bed. Tbh most of the time it's just normal life being annoying. A five minute break is just a pause button, it doesn't solve why you're stressed in the first place. Feels like we're making a huge thing out of just feeling a bit overwhelmed sometimes. It's normal to be tired and have stuff on your mind without calling it a stress crisis.
