The Taco Bell drive-thru guy in Dallas remembered my order after 3 weeks

I pulled up last night and he just said 'two cheesy gordita crunches and a Baja Blast, right?' before I even spoke, has anyone else had a fast food worker remember their regular order like that?

Man that's honestly impressive but also kind of a red flag. If the Taco Bell guy knows my order by heart after three weeks, either I'm eating there way too much or he's got some kind of photographic memory for cheesy gordita crunches. I mean I get it, those things are addictive, but wow. Now if he started remembering my preferred sauce packet color or which side I tilt my Baja Blast towards, we'd have a problem. Next time you roll up, just test him with a random substitution like "make it two crunchwraps and a Diet Pepsi" to see if he short circuits.

Right there with you on this one! The guy at my local Dairy Queen started having my Blizzard ready on the counter before I even finished saying "hello" and it freaked me out a little. You gotta appreciate the dedication though, especially when most fast food workers can't even get your name right on the app order.

@park.riley I think you got the sauce packet thing backwards though (he'd actually be MORE impressive if he remembered that, not less). At my local Whataburger in Fort Worth, the night shift cashier started writing my order on a sticky note after the third time I came through in a week, which is either sweet or terrifying depending on how you look at it. But yeah, that Taco Bell guy remembering your order after three weeks is honestly a flex, especially with how fast food turnover usually is these days.
