Unpopular take: that new hot stone facial trend at the Soothe Spa in Phoenix is overrated

I went to check it out last Thursday after hearing everyone rave about it on here. The stones felt nice at first, but they cooled down way too fast, like within 5 minutes they were just warm rocks sitting on my face. My regular facial with basic extractions and a good mask does way more for my skin than those stones ever could. Anyone else feel like this is just a gimmick they charge 80 bucks extra for?

Did you try asking for extra hot stones? Worked way better for me.
