Finally got that stubborn milia under my client's eye after 7 months

I had this one client who came in with a tiny milium right under her lower lash line. Every month I'd try to extract it and it just would not budge. I tried different lancets, different angles, steaming longer, everything. Finally last Tuesday I used a warm compress for a full 10 minutes before poking it, and it came out in one clean piece. The client actually teared up because she'd been dealing with it for over a year. It took me 7 months of seeing her once a month to finally figure out the right approach. Has anyone else had a milia that refused to leave no matter what you tried?

My record is 8 months on one, pretty sure that milia was personally offended by my existence.

Milia is actually a different thing from a regular pimple or clogged pore. It's like a tiny cyst under the skin with keratin, not oil. So it's less about being offended and more about it just sitting there being stubborn forever.
