Vent: I'm still mad about 'The OA' getting cut after two seasons, what was supposed to happen with the movements?

The third season was going to be set in our own world, with Brit Marling and Jason Isaacs playing versions of themselves. That's the craziest part to me. I agree with clark.claire about the meta angle, but they were going to make us, the audience, part of the puzzle. The cancellation wasn't just about stopping a story, it was like breaking a real life ritual. We were all supposed to do the movements for real to bring it back.

Ugh, don't even get me started... I'm convinced we were going to see the movements actually work in our dimension, like for real. The whole show was building to a point where the lines between the show and our reality would blur. They planted those seeds with the kids practicing in the subway. It was going to get so meta, and now we'll never know the rules of the different gardens or what happened to Homer.

Honestly, just read the graphic novels, they finish the whole story.
