Tripped a 200 amp panel with a rusty old screwdriver last Tuesday

Was swapping out a breaker in a crawlspace off I-10 and my cheap screwdriver slipped, arced across the bus bar, and blew the main before I even got the new one seated. Smoke everywhere in about 2 seconds, whole house went dark, and the homeowner came running down with a flashlight. Anyone else had a tool fail at the worst possible moment, or am I just cursed with bad luck this month?
