My smart doorbell started yelling at the mailman in Spanish

Last month I set up a new camera doorbell with auto replies so I could screen packages while cleaning houses across Austin. I typed a quick message in English, but the voice detection glitched and switched to Spanish mid-sentence. Now every delivery driver gets this weird half-English, half-Spanish lecture about leaving boxes behind the bush. My neighbor Maria laughed so hard she recorded it, and now the whole block knows my doorbell has a bilingual meltdown. I tried to reset it three times, but the app keeps saving the old voice clip. Has anyone else had a smart home device develop its own personality overnight?
