Found out my home IP was in a data breach from 2017, took a full afternoon to clean up

I was messing around with a free network scanner last Tuesday and it flagged my public IP against some breach list. Turns out my ISP had a leak back in 2017 that exposed customer IPs and my current one got recycled into that pool. I spent like 4 hours rotating my router MAC, resetting all my logins, and setting up a VPN on my home network. Has anyone else had their IP show up in an old breach database and just moved on versus actually doing something about it?
