Overheard a guy in a Bali co-working space bragging about 'working' 3 hours a day while his clients think he's full-time

If you're billing for 40 hours and only putting in 3, you're not a digital nomad, you're just a scammer with a passport, so how do you actually balance getting the work done without lying about it?
