Found a coffee shop hack in Medellin that saved me $60 a month
I was spending like $3 every morning at this cafe in El Poblado just to get decent wifi and a place to work. After 3 weeks of this I looked at my card statement and almost choked. So I started buying a bag of their beans for $8 and making pour over at my Airbnb instead. Turns out I can use my phone hotspot from the rooftop for free and the connection is actually faster. Now I only go to cafes for meetings or when I need a change of scenery. Anyone else find a dumb recurring expense they cut without missing it?

You see this with SO many things once you start paying attention - we PAY for convenience out of habit without ever stopping to question it. The real trick is breaking that automatic cycle, because once you do it feels kind of liberating to realize you weren't actually missing anything. Most of these recurring Little expenses are just routines we never thought to challenge.

Wow, are you the type that actually tracks every single purchase down to the dollar?
