Went with the cheap agency in Manila over the local one in Austin, and now I'm second guessing it
I run a small landscaping supply site and needed help with Google Ads since I was burning about $900 a month with nothing to show for it. The Austin agency quoted me $2,500 a month plus ad spend, while a smaller team in Manila offered the same scope for $800. I went with the cheaper one six weeks ago, and while they did restructure my campaigns, the time zone gap means every question I send sits until the next morning. My cost per lead dropped from $61 to $38, so the numbers look fine, but the slow back and forth is wearing on me. Has anyone here worked with an overseas agency long term, and does the communication gap get better or should I just eat the cost and go local?
