Tried a 4K tablet for sketching, colors came out way off

Picked up a budget 4K tablet last month to test my portfolio pieces and everything had this weird green tint, so I double checked my files and monitor settings like 5 times. Turns out the tablet's color gamut is just narrower than my main screen, has anyone else hit this and found a workaround besides calibrating both?

Ugh, that green tint is such a classic budget tablet trap. I remember reading a review somewhere that said cheaper screens often skip proper color calibration at the factory to save money, so they lean way too cool or green. The narrow gamut thing is real too, it's not just you being picky. One thing that helped a friend of mine was switching the tablet's color profile to sRGB in the system settings, even if it looks a bit dull at first. It won't fix the gamut completely, but it can stop that weird green push better than just eyeballing it. Also, check if your sketching app has a color management option, that's where the real fix sometimes hides. Good luck, it's a pain.
