Finally figured out why our downtown route always ran behind schedule
Turns out the vendor we used for 6 months was double booking their morning window, a quick look at their dispatch log from last Wednesday showed 3 of our 5 pickups overlapped with another company, has anyone else checked their actual dock times vs what the invoice says?
