Which neighbor's parking spot rule should I actually follow?
My neighbor Bill parks two spaces over from the curb line every day, and the new guy across the street says it's against the HOA rule from 2019. I checked the rulebook and it only says 'park within marked lines,' which Bill technically does. Last Tuesday Bill left a note on my windshield saying I was 'too close to his side,' but the new guy says Bill's just being petty. Should I keep giving Bill space or stick to the actual lines and risk drama?
