Serious question, did anyone else spend 3 hours on a simple shelf bracket?
Ngl, I just spent a full Saturday afternoon trying to level a floating shelf in my Denver apartment. Turned out the drywall anchors were the wrong size, so I had to redo the whole thing twice. Has anyone else hit this wall with basic hardware stuff or am I the only one?

the wrong size" reminds me of the time I bought a stud finder and just used my knuckles, took me two days.
